We are looking for a passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our elite team.
As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be the guide for customers who might feel overwhelmed by the world of scent. You will transform a simple shopping trip into a sensory discovery session.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Greet customers and ask "discovery questions" to understand their preferences (e.g., Floral, Woody, Citrus) and the occasion for their purchase.
Scent Education: Explain fragrance families, notes (Top, Heart, Base), and concentrations (EDP vs. EDT) in a way that is easy to understand.
Master the "Perfume City Elite" Program: Actively sign up customers for our rewards program and explain how they can earn points for their next signature scent.
Curate the Experience: Demonstrate and sample fragrances on blotters or skin in a hygienic, professional manner.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display area remains immaculate, testers are filled, and inventory is beautifully organized.
A Storyteller: You can describe a scent's "mood" or "vibe," not just its ingredients.
A People Person: You have a warm, concierge-style approach to service.
Knowledgeable: You have a genuine interest in the fragrance industry (or are eager to learn quickly).
Reliable: You are punctual and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, especially during weekends and holidays.
1+ year of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle delicate glass products with care.
